Shrink VCI film
VCI shrink film is used to protect against corrosion heavy machinery and equipment of irregular shapes. It has been specially designed and manufactured for heavy industry. The film is heat shrinkable and suitable for outdoor applications. Film provides protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals including: steel, copper, zinc, iron, aluminum and silver.
The film is flexible when heated shrinks and easily adapts to the object. The thick, flexible barrier film protects metal against moisture, dust, and dirt while the VCI in the film proactively prevents corrosion.
Method of protection with VCI shrink film is safe and more economical than storing in locked warahouses. It works perfectly for securing seasonal equipment, large machines and irregularly shaped objects that are difficult to pack and transport. The “UVI stabilization” feature provides extended life to the film, especially when the parts need to be stored outdoors.
We offer shrink film in white. There is also available a white film without VCI and without UV filter - used to protect goods against bad weather conditions (rain, snow), and the blue transparent film, without filter.

Corrosion VCI shrink film is available in rolls of a width of 6 m.
Shrink VCI film provides effective protection against corrosion for up to 12 months.
