VCI emiters are corrosion preventive devices designed for protecting interior of the metal. VCI emitter releases VCI vapors that fill the air space and deposit on exposed metal surfaces, protecting the metal from corrosion.
Due to its small size, the emitters can be placed even in very small spaces, as well as small objects. This allows the molecules of inhibitors to reach to tight or restrictive spaces.
VCI emitters have different shapes and sizes. Depending on the individual needs of our clients, we offer emitters in the form of discs, rods, foam or chipboards. They are safe and easy to use; no special handling required.Protected areas and items do not require additional cleaning, maintenance or the removal of the emitters. VCI inhibitors evaporate into the atmosphere after opening the package, leaving the surface clean and dry. Using the emitters do not need to use any additional security in the form of liquids or lubricants.
