( Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor ) are volatile inhibitors (molecules) that characterized self-application. Automatically create invisible to the human eye protective layer on the surface of the element.VCI molecules act on the 30 cm and can be applied to areas that are difficult to reach for conventionally applied rust preventives reaching the hard to reach areas of the parts.

Guidelines for using VCI products:
- metal surface must be clean and dry
- ambient temperature and packaged piece should be similar
- in order to avoid evaporation of the inhibitors into the atmosphere, the product must be tightly closed for example by means of welder
- packaging personnel should wear gloves while handling metal parts to avoid leaving fingerprints on the metal parts
- do not use oil because the VCI molecules do not work by the layer.
