Anticorrosion film
VCI film products provide proven corrosion protection of multimetal during transport and storage . Through volatilization and contact, the VCI chemicals protect metal parts against the corrosive effects of moisture, salt and other contaminants while they are in process, storage or transit.
We offer a transparent anti-corrosion films, available in various shapes, sizes and thicknesses, so that you can easily choose the size of the packed films for metal.
The film structure consists of the molecule inhibitors which form on the surface invisible protective layer. VCI technology provides protection even in case of opening the package for inspection purposes.
This method is non-invasive and easy to use. The oil or other corrosive substances are nor required more so protected elements remain clean and dry. When the parts are unwrapped, protective layer begins to dissipate, the metal parts are clean and ready to use.
